Backed by a strong foundation in engineering and decades of on-ground experience, he brings technical precision and strategic foresight to every stage of development. His career reflects a rare intersection of business leadership and public service, having served two terms as President of the Municipal Council, Dera Bassi. His philosophy of real estate development centres on creating sustainable communities, generating long-term impact and leaving a legacy that enriches lives for generations to come

Representing the next generation of leadership at Rangi Developments, Arshdeep Singh Rangi brings fresh perspective and progressive thinking to the company’s vision. An MBA from Brock University, Canada, with a background in Computer Science Engineering, he combines technological insight with strategic business acumen. With experience across project management, he is focused on introducing innovative construction technologies and future-ready development practices. For him, every project is a canvas where ideas evolve into meaningful spaces, and dreams find a horizon to take flight. His leadership is driven by a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and building developments that reflect the aspirations of the urban, evolving real estate landscape.

The Rangi journey began in 2000 with a Coca-Cola distribution business, laying the foundation for an entrepreneurial legacy. In 2004, the company ventured into real estate, and under the leadership of Harjinder Singh Rangi and his father, the firm expanded its vision towards high-rise developments in 2014, marking a significant new chapter in its journey. Over the years, it has grown into the force behind some of Tricity’s most prominent residential and commercial developments.
